GAFDEM 2023

Scope

GAFDEM aims at bringing together the international community studying the nonlinear dynamics of stratified, rapidly rotating, and possibly magnetized flows - whether applied to the modeling of oceans, planetary atmospheres or stellar plasmas.

The conference will be the opportunity to discuss, in an informal setting, the latest experimental, theoretical and numerical progress toward understanding the fundamental mechanisms of instabilities, turbulence and transport in naturally occurring flows.
